Settlement Conferences

In Ontario Small Claims Court, a Settlement Conference is mandatory before a trial can be scheduled. It is an opportunity to resolve the case with a judge's input.

We prepare thoroughly for these conferences, compiling necessary evidence and developing a negotiation strategy.

While we aim for a favorable settlement, we never compromise our client's position. If a fair agreement cannot be reached, we use the conference to narrow the issues for trial.
